Warm Uplighting

Uplighting can be used to help set a warm and welcoming mood. Many people email and ask about warm color choices like gold. It isn't technically possible to get metallic colors with LED lighting technology (yet), but you can use the built-in Yellow pre-set which can give off a nice effect.

Rent for only $17 each + free shipping both ways. Easy "DIY" project for your event. Learn more about how it works

Yellow is included as one of the 7 color presets. Even better, if you decide you don't want yellow, you can change the color of the light by just pushing a button.

Here's how you make the lights yellow:
1. Plug uplight in. Wait 1-2 seconds for it to light up.
2. Press the Menu button a few times until you see "C".
3. Press the "up" or "down" keys to change through the color choices. When you get to C6 press "enter" to set the color to yellow.

If you want to adjust the shade of the light to get a color slightly different then the available yellow (Ambers and Oranges maybe good choices for a warm look also), you can do that by following the instructions on this page: Custom Colors. Here are some photos sent in from our customers who have used the yellow color setting:

Boston fundraiser
Technology Underwriting Greater Good (TUGG) is a very cool organization that harnesses the power of the tech ecosystem to source, fund, and grow social ventures that promote entrepreneurship, education, and life experiences for youth.

Here's a photo from their event at WeWork Retail in Boston, MA. Love the warm look they created with lighting! Only 12 lights were used, they did a great job with the set-up.
